Exercises for Mind-Body-Spirit Wellness and Healing UNIT 6


At first glance I thought that it would be worldly however as I read, dig deeper and really evaluate it I know that is Psycospiritual that is the major source of difficulty and suffering. My emotional development is what I must work on most and it is also the area I need healing in. I tend to be more reactive and also make some decisions based more on emotion than anything else. After I work on this I could build up on the first two parts of Psycospiritual which are Cognitive and Conative. Some of the major things I would have to do to get this going is to take inventory of my life in all areas and then the process can begin.

I think by taking inventory and setting some goals from that inventory I could make some decisions now that would not go into effect in the future. This decision would be based on facts and would be thought out instead of on the go. This would be good base for setting up a system (Save Yourself Some Time Energy & Money) By taking the time to plan I would be acting instead of reacting and also I would be able to set goals and work towards them.

May all individuals gain freedom from suffering.

May all individuals find sustained health, happiness, and wholeness.

May I assist all individuals in gaining freedom from suffering.

May I assist all individuals in finding health, happiness, and wholeness.

           

            I did this over and over first and I made it easier by recording it, I really like it. Closing my eyes and repeating this help me think of what I need to work on and gave me direction with the assignment. I have this on my phone and have listen to it at least twenty times in the last two weeks. Has anyone else did the same?
